| dc.description | El presente trabajo aborda la temática referente al régimen jurídico de las empresas públicas, entidades públicas que por su propia naturaleza tienen características tanto del Derecho Privado como del Derecho Público, su base fundamental de existencia se encuentra contenida en la Ley de Empresas Públicas - LOEP, cuerpo legal que a simple vista es carente de un reglamento de aplicación, lo que faculta a los Directorios de cada EP como máximas autoridades con todo el arbitrio para normar. Siendo importante aclarar que esta Ley se remite a todo lo dispuesto por el Código del Trabajo, es decir podríamos tener un hibrido muy especial ya que los servidores públicos al amparo de la LOEP se remiten al Código del Trabajo y no a la LOSEP como sería esperable... | |
