| dc.description | Latinoamérica es la región más urbanizada del mundo en desarrollo, el Ecuador poseeM hogares que sufren déficit cualitativo y otros que sufren déficit cuantitativo. Por ende, el
proyecto es diseñar vivienda permanente de calidad mediante un módulo estructural. El
sistema de módulos se incorpora por medio de la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad, y la eficiencia constructiva para brindar soluciones de construcción ante el déficit de vivienda y equipamientos, que afecta a la región andina. El módulo debe ser adaptable al cambio de uso, de acuerdo a las necesidades de los usuarios, y condiciones de la zona andina. El uso en escala mínima del sistema es de vivienda, este mutará a través de la
multiplicación del módulo, convirtiéndose a la escala máxima que son espacios multiusos como hospedaje, comercio, servicios, capacitación, etc. El objetivo es que la vivienda no sea estática y se pueda generar un ingreso económico para las personas. El proyecto podrá ser implantado en la Sierra del Ecuador, se tomará como ejemplo didáctico los alrededores del volcán inactivo Ilaló, y será implantado en la parroquia La Merced. | |
| dc.description | Latin America is the most urbanized region in the developing world, Ecuador has households that suffer from a qualitative deficit and others that suffer from quantitative
deficit. Therefore, the project is to design permanent quality housing through a structural module. The system of modules is incorporated by means of flexibility and adaptability, and the constructive efficiency to provide construction solutions to the deficit of housing and equipment, affecting the Andean region. The module must be adaptable to the change of use, according to the needs of users, and conditions of the Andean zone. The minimum scale use of the system is of housing, this will mutate through the multiplication of the module, becoming to the maximum scale that are multipurpose spaces like lodging, commerce, services, training, etc. The objective is for housing that is not static and can generate an income to people. The project will be implemented as a didactic example in the Ecuadorian Sierra around the inactive volcano Ilalo specifically in the parish of La Merced. | |
