El inconveniente nace desde los técnicos quienes no están familiarizados con este tipo de documentación, por lo que este manual es de fácil entendimiento y aplicación, para que el técnico desarrolle funciones como el análisis, se anticipe a los sucesos o describa un proceso sin necesidad de redundar en un tema.
