| dc.description | The respect for the food heritage takes its real importance based on the research that is generated to rediscover the food wonders that the environment has and have the potential to become important tourism resources for their use, which is why the research aims to determine the influence of food heritage in the development of gastronomic tourism in the Guano canton, with the methodology whose type of research was documentary, descriptive and correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional research design. With the application of the evaluation instruments, it was detected that although the null hypotheses were validated, it is necessary to recognize the great importance of gastronomy at a cultural level, as seen by restaurant owners and tourist, who considered that the design of a gastronomic route is fundamental, according to the data obtained through the cross SWOT strategic tool, ratifying that the favorite motivation of local and national tourist is its culinary offer. | |
| dc.description | El respeto por el patrimonio alimentario cobra su real importancia con base en las investigaciones que se generan para redescubrir las maravillas alimentarias que tiene el entorno y tienen el potencial para convertirse en recursos turísticos importantes para su aprovechamiento, es por ello que, la investigación tiene por objetivo, determinar la influencia del patrimonio alimentario en el desarrollo del turismo gastronómico del cantón Guano, con la metodología cuyo tipo de investigación fue documental, descriptiva y correlacional, de diseño de investigación no experimental y transversal. Con la aplicación de los instrumentos de evaluación, se detectó que si bien, se validaron las hipótesis nulas, sin embargo, es preciso reconocer la gran importancia que tiene a nivel cultural la gastronomía, esto visto en propietarios de restaurantes y turistas, quienes consideraron que es fundamental el diseño de una ruta gastronómica, según los datos obtenidos mediante la herramienta estratégica FODA cruzado, ratificando que la motivación predilecta de visita del turista local y nacional es su oferta culinaria. | |
