| dc.description | The aim of the present research work is “THE ANALYSIS OF THE TANGIBLE ARCHAEOLOGICAL HERITAGE FROM THE ALACAO SITE”, which consists of making this materiality could made be known, offering the conservation of the cultural heritage, through the implementation of collaborative archeology and analysis with emphasis on the projection of a global perspective of pre-Hispanic occupations and their relationship with the current inhabitants of the town. The research design consists of compiling information through bibliographic research, regarding conceptualizations about social sciences and archaeology, the development of Alacao site, in colonial and postcolonial times through the archaeological register. Together with the implementation of collaborative archaeology, to strengthen a link with the community, interviewing with managers and surveys at the neighborhood´s inhabitants. In addition, the characterization of the archaeological items, which have been found in the site that belonged to the Puruhá culture, in its stage or periods San Sebastián, Tuncahuán, Elén Pata and Huavalac. With the present research, we have achieved to take a broad vision regarding the current situation of the preservation of the tangible cultural heritage, and a characterization of the archaeological objects , information that is synthesized in the register forms based on INPC inventory records, to conclude in a study that shows the cultural significance of the archaeological objects and the importance of archeological care and its materiality, which forms part of the cultural heritage at Alacao neighborhood and from all over Ecuador. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación aborda como temática principal el análisis de la cultura material arqueológica proveniente del sitio Alacao, lo cual consiste en analizar la valoración y conservación de la cultura material arqueológica, mediante la implementación de la arqueología colaborativa y analítica con énfasis en la proyección de una perspectiva global de las ocupaciones prehispánicas y su relación junto a los actuales pobladores de la localidad.
El diseño de la investigación, consiste en la recopilación de la información mediante la indagación bibliográfica, respecto a conceptualizaciones sobre las ciencias sociales y arqueología, el desarrollo de Alacao en épocas coloniales y postcoloniales mediante el registro arqueológico. En conjunto a la implementación de la arqueología colaborativa, para lograr un vínculo con la comunidad, mediante entrevistas a los directivos y encuestas a los habitantes del barrio Alacao.
Con la presente investigación se logra tener una visión amplia referente a la situación actual de la conservación de la cultura material y una caracterización de las piezas arqueológicas encontradas para concluir en un estudio que refleje la importancia del cuidado del sitio arqueológico que forma parte de la cultura patrimonial del Barrio Alacao y del Ecuador. | |
