| dc.description | This research addresses the importance of cultural heritage built in Riobamba, having as a case of study the mansion owned by the "Soxo’s" family, a home that is part of the historic center of the city, located on the streets August 10 and Magdalena Davalos. Through graphical analysis, rehabilitation concepts, enhancement and traditional construction systems oriented towards the conservation of the built heritage.
Strategies are proposed for the conservation of the built cultural heritage, divided into three levels of intervention: Liberation, constructive rehabilitation and enhancement, same ones that will help us to give the building a new opportunity to be important for the city, recovering the importance that it had in the past and that today it has lost to the point of being considered an old house by its people who ignore the great architectural and historical wealth it possesses, being a living testimony of the evolution and development of the city. | |
| dc.description | La presente investigación aborda la importancia del patrimonio cultural edificado en la ciudad de Riobamba, teniendo como caso de estudio la casona propiedad de la familia “Soxo”, vivienda que forma parte del centro histórico de la ciudad, ubicada en las calles 10 de agosto y Magdalena Dávalos. Mediante un análisis gráfico y con la ayuda de conceptos en rehabilitación, puesta en valor y sistemas constructivos tradicionales orientados hacia la conservación del patrimonio edificado.
Se proponen estrategias de para la conservación del patrimonio cultural edificado, divididas en tres niveles de intervención: Liberación, rehabilitación constructiva y puesta en valor, las mismas que nos ayudaran a darle una nueva oportunidad a la edificación de ser importante para la ciudad, recuperando la importancia que tuvo en el pasado y que hoy ha perdido al punto de ser considerada una casa vieja por parta de su pueblo que ignora la gran riqueza arquitectónica e histórica que posee, siendo testimonio vivo de la evolución y desarrollo de la ciudad. | |
