| dc.description | In the teaching-learning process of chemistry, it is essential to link theory with practice. However, in many educational institutions, this does not happen; in the Capitan Edmundo Chiriboga Educational Unit in Riobamba, there is minimal manipulation of laboratory materials and limited experimental activity that allows students to relate theory with practice in learning chemistry. For this reason, it is proposing to implement a kit for practices to encourage the learning of this subject. This work was carried out with 29 students from the first year of the parallel unified general baccalaureate "H," period September 2019-March 2020. The research design was non-
experimental, field-based, and descriptive; for data collection, the structured survey was applied to twenty-nine students. When analyzing research results, it determined that a high percentage of students are positive about using the kit for practice as a teaching resource for developing experimental activities in the subject of Chemistry. As conclusions, it determined that the use of the equipment awoke a greater interest in the learning of Chemistry, developing cognitive skills, and a positive impact on the development of scientific attitudes. Therefore, it is recommended to promote the experimental kit as an educational resource for active and participative learning of Chemistry. | |
| dc.description | En el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de Química, es importante la vinculación de la teoría con la práctica, sin embrago, en muchas instituciones educativas esto no sucede, en la Unidad Educativa Capitán Edmundo Chiriboga de la ciudad de Riobamba, existe muy poca manipulación de los materiales de laboratorio y una limitada actividad experimental que permitan a los estudiantes relacionar lo teórico con lo práctico en el aprendizaje de la Química. Por esta razón, se propone la implementación de un kit de prácticas para fomentar del aprendizaje de dicha asignatura. Se trabajó con 29 alumnos de primero de bachillerato general unificado paralelo “H”, periodo septiembre 2019-marzo 2020. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, tipo de campo y descriptiva; para la recolección de datos se aplicó la encuesta estructurada a veintinueve estudiantes. Al analizar los resultados de la investigación se puede determinar que un alto porcentaje de estudiantes se manifiestan de manera positiva a la utilización del kit de prácticas como recurso didáctico para desarrollar actividades experimentales en la asignatura de Química. Como conclusiones se determinó que el uso del kit despertó un mayor interés por el aprendizaje de la Química, desarrollando habilidades cognitivas y un impacto positivo en el desarrollo de actitudes científicas. Por lo tanto, se recomienda fomentar la aplicación del kit experimental como recurso didáctico para el aprendizaje activo y participativo de la Química. | |
