| dc.description | This research called “The performance of the teacher on children’s behavior of Third Basic Year from “Santo Tomás Apóstol” Educational Unit of Chimborazo Province. Riobamba canton. Velasco Parish, during the period 2017-2018”, aims to determine that the educational performance contributes on children's behavior of Third Basic Year. State of the art is constructed in consideration to the precedents and significant scientific subject matters as of intervention. The methodology used is descriptive because it implies observing and describing the conduct of the children in the educational process in the classroom. The design is not experimental since the variables are not manipulated deliberately, the population is 45 children; the technique is the observation with an observation form like the instrument. The results were analyzed taking as a base the classification of the indicators and the respective units of measurement. The results are demonstrated across pictures, graphs, interpretation. As a conclusion it is stated that it is essential that the teacher supports a positive attitude with the students, permanent training on methods and educational techniques that strengthen the teaching-learning process, permanent work; and an atmosphere of pleasant. | |
| dc.description | La presente investigación cuyo título es “El Desempeño del docente en la conducta de los niños de Tercero de Básica de la Unidad Educativa Santo Tomás Apóstol de la Provincia de Chimborazo, cantón Riobamba, parroquia Velasco durante el periodo 2017-2018”, el objetivo es Determinar que el desempeño docente aporta en la conducta de los niños y niñas de Tercero de Básica; el Estado del Arte está construido en consideración a los antecedentes y a los grandes temáticas científicas como: desempeño, docente, conducta, niño, comportamiento, problemas de conducta, técnicas y estrategias de intervención; la metodología la investigación es de tipo descriptiva porque implica observar y describir la conducta de los niños en el proceso educativo en el aula; el diseño es no experimental debido a que no se manipula deliberadamente las variables, la población con la que se investigó es 45 niños, la técnica de investigación que se utilizo es la observación con el instrumento correspondiente que es la ficha de observación; se procedió para el análisis de los resultados tomando como base el ordenamiento de los indicadores y las respectivas unidades de medición, los resultados se demuestran a través de cuadros, gráficos, interpretación. Una vez realizado todo el proceso de investigación se llegó a la conclusión de que es importante que el docente mantenga una actitud positiva con los estudiantes, capacitación permanente sobre métodos y técnicas educativas que fortalecen el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, trabajo permanente, un ambiente de sana convivencia. | |
