| dc.description | The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between Parents work hours and the psycho-affective development of the children of the first year of General Basic Education, parallel, "A" and "B" of the Educational Unit " Amelia Gallegos Diaz "of the Riobamba city, Chimborazo province, period February-July 2015; To get an adequate conclusion on the subject, it was related the work schedule of the parents with the psycho-affective development, the direct beneficiaries were the students; To have more objectivity also worked with the parents; Through the results of the research and with the analysis could be contributed with new ideas, recommendations for future generations; To develop de research it was used the scientific method through the deductive-inductive processes that allowed getting from the general to the particular; Analytical-synthetic the generalization of the problem; The type of investigation is descriptive-explanatory in which the reason for the facts is determined, establishing relations of cause and effect; The design of the research is non-experimental, field because the information was obtained directly in the place of the facts, the type of study was transversal; The population of 40 students and their parents the research was carried out on the independent variable based on the observation and the information is register on a sheet, the information was obtained and the results indicate that the work schedule of mothers and fathers influences the psycho-affective development of their children. | |
| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación del horario de trabajo de padres y madres de familia, con el desarrollo psicoafectivo, de los niños de primer año de Educativa General Básica, paralelos, “A” y “B” de la Unidad Educativa “Amelia Gallegos Díaz” de la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia Chimborazo, período febrero-julio 2015; para conseguir una conclusión adecuada sobre el tema, se relacionó el horario de trabajo de los padres de familia con el desarrollo psicoafectivo, los beneficiarios directos fueron los estudiantes; para tener mayor objetividad también se trabajó con los padres de familia; mediante los resultados de la investigación y con el análisis se pudo aportar con nuevas ideas, recomendaciones para futuras generaciones; para la realización del trabajo se utilizó el método científico a través de los procesos deductivo-inductivo que me permitió llegar de lo general a lo particular; analítico-sintético la generalización del problema; el tipo de investigación es descriptiva-explicativa en donde se determina el porqué de los hechos, estableciendo relaciones de causa y efecto; el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, de campo porque la información fue obtenida directamente en el lugar de los hechos, el tipo de estudio fue transversal; la población de 40 estudiantes; se ejecutó una encuesta a los padres de familia sobre la variable independiente, también se utilizó la observación para la variable independiente que se vio en la ficha de observación, de lo cual se obtuvo información de mucha importancia y los resultados indican que el horario de trabajo de padres y madres de familia influye en el desarrollo psicoafectivo de sus hijos. | |
