| dc.description | This project involves the study of Map Server tools for e-government study that
will be reflected in the implementation of a Geo portal in the “SAN ANDRÉS
PARISH DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT”, which is a
promoter, facilitator and articulator of public and private actions, it also manages
resources, projects, control and social monitoring for reaching a better living
standard in its inhabitants.
Global information systems exchange land information and metadata through new
technologies, these data should be structured by Geoportals, using open source
tools (Map Server) to ensure compliance with the decrees of public order with
which the DAGs provide the necessary spatial information for citizens so they
satisfy the transparency together with the authorities. | |
| dc.description | Este proyecto consiste en el estudio de herramientas de Map Server para
aplicaciones e-government, estudio que se verá plasmado en la implementación de
un Geoportal en el GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO
PARROQUIAL DE SAN ANDRÉS, que es una entidad promotora, mediadora y
articuladora de la acción pública y privada, gestiona recursos, proyectos, control y
vigilancia social para alcanzar un mejor nivel de vida de sus habitantes.
Los Sistemas de información globales que intercambien información territorial y
metadatos a través de nuevas tecnologías, estos datos deben ser estructurados
mediante geoportales, utilizando herramientas de código libre (Map Server) que
garantice el cumplimiento de los decretos de orden públicos con los que los GADs
provean la información territorial necesaria para que el ciudadano satisfaga la
transparencia conjunta con las autoridades. | |
