dc.descriptionThe present work starts from the real problematic that today appears in the world educative scope, is the pedagogy capable of constructing a pertinent formation of the subjects before the postmodern challenges. it aims to present a high theoretical reflection on the relationships between coaching, transposition and pedagogy, in order to socialize among university teachers new pedagogical, communicational ways to transform educational realities in universities. dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo parte de la problemática real que hoy aparece en el ámbito educativo mundial: ¿es la pedagogía capaz de construir una formación pertinente de los sujetos ante los desafíos postmodernos? tiene como objetivo presentar una reflexión de alto vuelo teórico, sobre las relaciones entre coaching, transposición y pedagogía, con el fin de socializar entre los docentes universitarios de nuevas formas pedagógicas, comunicacionales para transformar las realidades educativas en las universidades. Se ha considerado importante emplear, el método dialectico, la teoría de la complejidad y la teoría general de sistemas, para profundizar en este debate y presentar una propuesta transformadora de la problemática abordada.
