Por meio do método de estudo de caso, analisou-se o processo de investimento, dados sobre o mercado imobiliário, análise da crise econômica financeira mundial que está interligada com o setor imobiliário americano, com vistas a demonstrar fluxos de informações entre o mercado e o investidor. Foram apresentadas características do setor imobiliário, índices, dados técnicos, fluxos de caixa e dados para análise de investimento. A conclusão principal encontrada foi que investimentos imobiliários rendem rentabilidade conservadora na diversificação de um portfólio trazendo segurança e aumento no valor patrimonial para a empresa. | |
| dc.description | The theme of this research is the analysis of real state investment. By the means of a study case, we research the investment process, some real state market data, and the analysis of the world financial crisis that is directly linked to the American real state market in order to show the relation between the information of the market and the investor. We present characteristics of the real state market, indexes, technical data, cash flow figures and data to analyze this kind of investment. The main conclusion that we found was that real state investments has a conservative profit in the diversification of a portfolio, which gives safety and increases the patrimonial value of a company. | |
