dc.descriptionThe purpose of this work is to understand the importance of the fundamental and constitutional right of identity, having as its essence the protection of people, the protection of their rights and that public institutions do not violate these rights, that do not prevent the exercise of the same. Having to start from dignity, because respect for the innate rights of people must be recognized and they must be protected by the authorities, the right to identity is the starting point to demand compliance with other rights.
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo tiene por objeto entender la importancia del derecho fundamental y constitucional de la identidad, teniendo como esencia la protección de las personas, la tutela de sus derechos y que las instituciones públicas no vulneren estos derechos, que no impidan el ejercicio de los mismos. Debiendo partir de la dignidad, porque se debe reconocer el respeto a los derechos innatos de las personas y deben ser tutelados por las autoridades, el derecho a la identidad es el punto de inicio para exigir el cumplimiento de otros derechos.
