dc.descriptionThe objective of this investigation was to analyze the female leadership in the work performance of the workers of the Banco del AUSTRO in the city of Latacunga. Despite the gender equality policies implemented in the bank, inequalities persist in the distribution of leadership roles and opportunities between men and women. The research focused on Bank employees and a type of quantitative and descriptive research was applied to analyze numerical data. In the development of the research, the Hersey and Blanchard Situational Leadership Test was used to corroborate the independent variable of female leadership, for job performance, information was obtained from the data of the job performance evaluation of the financial institution.
dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el Liderazgo femenino en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Banco del AUSTRO de la ciudad de Latacunga. A pesar de las políticas de igualdad de género implementadas en la entidad bancaria, persisten desigualdades en la distribución de roles y oportunidades de liderazgo entre hombres y mujeres. La investigación se centró en los colaboradores del Banco y se aplicó un tipo de investigación cuantitativa y descriptiva para analizar datos numéricos. En el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó el Test de Liderazgo Situacional de Hersey y Blanchard para corroborar la variable independiente del liderazgo femenino, para el desempeño laboral se obtuvo la información de los datos de la evaluación del desempeño laboral de la entidad financiera.
