| dc.description | Heavy transport is one of the economic sectors that contributes significantly to the local and national development of a country, therefore, it is necessary to consider alternatives that promote the stability and efficiency of heavy transport companies, which is why, the present The development project aims to design a model of logistics strategies, through the use of the resources that the company Transintermarg has, to generate efficiency in the deliveries of merchandise, increase its profits and contribute to local development.
The methodology that was implemented is of a qualitative nature, which allowed us to propose the following research techniques: structured interviews and focus groups; The result obtained from the first technique consists in the identification of the individual perception that the study sample has about the factors that have affected the company not having a logistics model, as well as the identification of the needs and resources that it has. the same. On the other hand, through the focus group it was possible to identify in depth the collective perception they have of how logistics in terms of transport can contribute to local development. | |
| dc.description | El transporte pesado es uno de los sectores económicos que aporta de manera significativa al desarrollo local y nacional de un país, por tanto, es necesario considerar alternativas que promuevan la estabilidad y eficiencia de las compañías de transporte pesado, es por esto que, el presente proyecto de desarrollo tiene como objetivo, diseñar un modelo de estrategias logísticas, mediante el aprovechamiento de los recursos que posee la compañía Transintermarg, para generar eficiencia en las entregas de las mercaderías, incrementar sus utilidades y aportar al desarrollo local.
La metodología que se implementó es de carácter cualitativo, lo que permitió plantear las siguientes técnicas de investigación: entrevistas estructuradas y grupo focal; el resultado obtenido de la primera técnica consiste en la identificación de la percepción individual que posee la muestra de estudio acerca de los factores que han incidido para que la compañía no posea un modelo logístico, así como también la identificación de las necesidades y recursos que tiene la misma. Por otra parte, a través del grupo focal se pudo identificar con profundidad la percepción colectiva que poseen de cómo la logística en tema de transporte puede contribuir al desarrollo local. | |
