| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out with the flower growers of the Patután neighborhood, the identified problem was oriented in the limited knowledge of the human, commercial, technological, financial capital that prevents the flower growers from being productive, this lies in two main causes: the non-existence of a system organized training that causes their productivity to be low, the inadequate management of an accounting system that generates a deficient administration of economic resources. The present investigation had a quantitative, descriptive and correlational approach through the application of a survey addressed to 80 flower growers from the Patután neighborhood, the information gathering was carried out in person, from the results of the survey the analysis was obtained. situation of intellectual capital and productivity. | |
| dc.description | La presente investigación se realizó con los floricultores del Barrio Patután, la problemática identificada se orientó en los limitados conocimientos del capital humano, comercial, tecnológico, financiero que impide que los floricultores sean productivos, esto radica en dos causas principales: la inexistencia de un sistema organizado de capacitaciones que ocasiona que su productividad sea baja, la inadecuada gestión de un sistema contable que genera una deficiente administración de recursos económicos. La presente investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y correlacional a través de la aplicación de una encuesta dirigida a 80 floricultores del barrio de Patután, el levantamiento de información se realizó de manera presencial, de los resultados de la encuesta se obtuvo el análisis situacional del capital intelectual y la productividad. | |
