| dc.description | The purpose of the web and mobile application is focused on improving the sales management of the "Mi Sabiduría" bookstore located in the city of Ambato, province of Tungurahua. The problem that arose in the bookstore is that it did not have an appropriate technology for the respective management of sales with home deliveries, resulting in economic losses and low market share, for which the owner has seen the implementation of this method as feasible. project for the respective solution of this problem. In the investigative development, the deductive method was applied through the use of techniques such as: interviews, surveys and observations, which were understood, a respective analysis of the real problem was carried out. For the implementation and design of the system, the respective free software tools were used, such as: Java, Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PostgreSQL Database Management System. The Mobile-D Methodology was used for the respective implementation of the mobile application which allows quick results and is characterized by working with small groups and for the administrator web application the Scrum methodology was applied because it provides greater communication between the client and the development team allowing for greater productivity and quality of the final product. With the implementation of a web and mobile application in the "Mi Wisdom" Bookstore, it has benefited when receiving orders from users, which is done with great fluidity and efficiency, resulting in an innovative service for the customer. | |
| dc.description | El propósito del Aplicativo web y móvil está enfocado en mejorar la gestión de ventas de la librería “Mi Sabiduría” ubicada en la ciudad de Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua. La problemática que surgía en la librería es que no contaba con una tecnología apropiada para la respectiva gestión de ventas con entregas a domicilio, dejando como resultado pérdidas económicas y baja participación en el mercado, por lo cual la propietaria ha visto factible la implementación de ese proyecto para la respectiva solución de este problema. En el desarrollo investigativo se aplicó el método deductivo mediante la utilización de técnicas como: entrevistas, encuestas y observaciones, las cuales se comprendió, se realizó un respectivo análisis de la problemática real. Para la implementación y diseño del sistema, se utilizó las respectivas herramientas de software libre como son: Java, Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, Sistema de Gestor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL. La Metodología Mobile-D se utilizó para la respectiva implementación del aplicativo móvil la cual permite resultados rápidos y es caracteriza por trabajar con grupos pequeños y para la aplicación web administrador se aplicó la metodología Scrum debido a que brinda una mayor comunicación entre el cliente y el equipo de desarrollo permitiendo obtener una mayor productividad y calidad del producto final. Con la implementación de aplicativo web y móvil en la Librería “Mi Sabiduría” se ha beneficiado al momento de recibir los pedidos por parte de los usuarios por lo cual se realiza con gran fluidez y eficiencia, dando como resultado un servicio innovador para el cliente. | |
