| dc.description | The present study was carried out in the Industry - Dairy LEITO, located in Salcedo canton, where
it has been identified that energy consumption and the lack of audit programs and energy efficiency
increase production costs. The objective was to evaluate the energy consumption and propose a
better use of the company´s energy resources by analyzing the performance of thermal and
electrical equipment and the adoption of technical-organizational measures that allow achieving
savings of the energy inputs to reduce costs of production by this issue. The study was based on the
methods and calculations specified in the IRAM standard, ISO50001, for the electrical analysis
national regulation was used 1160, regulation CONELEC - 004/011. The results of the study show
low yields in the systems of refrigeration and steam generation. These parameters can be improved
with the control and adjustment of refrigeration equipment and steam generation, the change of
technology in refrigeration system compressors and the commissioning of control systems that the
company has. | |
| dc.description | El presente estudio se ejecutó en la Industria ― Lácteos LEITO, ubicada en e l cantón
Sa l c e do, donde se ha i de nt i f i c a do q ue e l c ons umo energético y l a f a l t a de
programas de auditoría y e f i c i e nc i a energética incrementan costos d e producción. El objetivo
fue evaluar el consumo de energía y proponer un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos
energéticos de la empresa mediante el análisis de los rendimientos de equipos térmicos, eléctricos,
y la adopción de medidas técnico-organizativas que permitan lograr ahorros de los insumos
energéticos y disminuir costos de producción por esta causa. El estudio se basó en métodos y
cálculos especificados en la norma IRAM, ISO50001, para el análisis eléctrico se empleó la
regulación na c iona l 1160, regulación CONELEC – 004/011. Los resultados del estudio
muestran bajos rendimientos en los sistemas de refrigeración y de generación de vapor. Estos
parámetros pueden mejorarse con el control y ajuste de los equipos de refrigeración y generación
de vapor, cambio de tecnología en compresores del sistema de refrigeración y la puesta en
funcionamiento de sistemas de control que posee la empresa. | |
