| dc.description | The present researching work aims to analyze the economic impact of the Peak Shaving method inside the industry, this method has as a base to the reduction or movement of consumption in peak hours to off- peak hours. At the first time, in order to realize an analysis, the information was collected and the PROLATD factory, where a study was done, after that we realized a data’s collected analysis. Based on data’s examination was determined the cost per energy in every schedule, beside to this situation we could get the prices given by the Regular and Control Electricity Agency (ARCONEL). In terms of based data, energetic cost and others factors, we proposed three basic sceneries, where we considerate the intervention of the followings groups like: gasoline generator groups, diesel generator groups, and a system of battery storage .For the simulation, it worked with the weekly loading profile getting through the calculations performed within the most viable case with the objective to compare the getting data inside the study. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad analizar el impacto económico que tendrá el Método del Peak Shaving en la Industria, este método tiene como base la reducción o movimiento del consumo en horas pico a horas valle. Como primer punto para realizar el análisis se procedió a efectuar el levantamiento de información y la ubicación de un analizador de carga en la empresa Prolatd, posteriormente se realizó un análisis de la información obtenida. A partir del análisis de los datos se determinó el costo por concepto de energía en cada uno de los horarios, adicional a esta situación se pudo obtener los precios emitidos por la Agencia de Regulación y Control de Electricidad (ARCONEL). En función a los datos obtenidos, a los costos energéticos y otros factores se plantea tres escenarios básicos, en donde se considera la intervención de: Grupos Electrógenos a gasolina, Grupos electrógenos a diésel, y un sistema de almacenamiento con baterías. Para la simulación se trabajó con el perfil de carga semanal obtenido mediante los cálculos realizados dentro del caso más viable con el fin de contrastar los datos obtenidos dentro del estudio. | |
