dc.descriptionUniversity extension is the connection developed by the university with society where the transfer of knowledge and technology becomes a direct benefit for external organizations or social agents. In the present work, the execution of the Multidisciplinary Linking Project is systematized: Creation and Strengthening of productive and social capacities in the San Juan de Manta 2019-2021 site, based on the axes of (1) project planning and formation of the baseline, (2) the difficulties in the execution process due to the confinement due to Covid-19 and (3) the results of the project with the participation of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing. A company is an organization whose objective is to produce and generate services and/or economic income. The objective of business formalization is to generate more and better employment opportunities for people, reduce economic scarcity and address the disadvantages of the most vulnerable groups in the workplace. The present work refers to the systematization of experiences. Techniques such as surveys and focus groups are used. From the initial process, in which 80 citizens participated, 27 completed the project. 76 students and 7 university professors also participated. Among the project, a high level of satisfaction was found among the participants and the formalization of thirteen (13) microenterprises. Among the lessons learned, the resilience necessary to carry out processes in times of crisis, such as the pandemic, stands out. Keywords: tax Formality, SMEs, community bounding, Covid-19.en-US
dc.descriptionLa extensión universitaria es la conexión desarrollada por parte de la universidad con la sociedad en donde la transferencia de conocimientos y tecnologías se convierte en un beneficio directo para las organizaciones u agentes sociales externas. En el presente trabajo se sistematiza la ejecución del Proyecto Multidisciplinario de Vinculación: Creación y Fortalecimiento de las Capacidades Productivas y Sociales en el sitio San Juan de Manta 2019-2021, a partir de los ejes de (1) planificación del proyecto y conformación de la línea base, (2) las dificultades en el proceso de ejecución por el confinamiento a raíz del Covid-19 y (3) los resultados del proyecto con participación de la Facultad de Contabilidad y Auditoría. Una empresa es una organización que tiene como objetivo producir y generar servicios y/o ingresos económicos. El objetivo de la formalización empresariales generar más y mejores oportunidades de empleo para las personas, reducir la escasez económica y abordar las desventajas de los grupos más vulnerables en el lugar de trabajo. El presente trabajo se remite a la sistematización de experiencias. Se acude a técnicas como las encuestas y los grupos focales.  Del proceso inicial, cuya participación fue de 80 ciudadanos, culminaron el proyecto 27. También participaron 76 estudiantes y 7 docentes universitarios. Entre del proyecto se encontró un alto nivel de satisfacción de los participantes y la formalización de trece (13) microemprendimiento. Entre las lecciones aprendidas destaca la resiliencia necesaria para llevar a cabo procesos en momentos de crisis como lo fue la pandemia.
