| dc.description | En esta revisión bibliográfica se presentará aspectos importantes para poder conocer la evolución del pensamiento del desarrollo en donde se mostrará el avance administrativo a través del tiempo demostrando como es más efectivo el que una persona se especialice en una tarea a que realice todas las tareas demostrando que así trae muchos más beneficios para la empresa, conjugando a la ética y la responsabilidad social, las cuales se han convertido en una estrategia importante que deben implementar las organizaciones. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la conexión entre el concepto de responsabilidad social y la administración a través de la definición de los diferentes términos, la evolución cronológica del concepto, el análisis de sus dimensiones y la aplicación del pensamiento administrativo.
