dc.descriptionThis research work seeks to analyze the management of human talent affects the work performance of the company GRUPASA Grupo Papelero CIA LTDA. In which the problematic situation was detailed and presenting a methodology through the implementation of survey and interviews, the dimensions of human talent were analyzed, including selection, rewards, cooperation and training, communication and development, work environment, planning, initiative, interpersonal relationship, training and quality of services. A theoretical review of human talent management and its impact on work performance was carried out, considering the criteria of different authors. Among the main findings found in the diagnostic process was the lack of communication among employees and incentive plan, however, the company has qualified personnel in each job position. Based on this, improvement actions were established that are expected to strengthen the management of human talent of the company GRUPASA Grupo Papelero Cía. Ltda,
