dc.descriptionNegative criticism of institutions that are guarantors of the rights of individuals, such as the police, have become common in the global statu quo due to the excessive use of force against civilians. The reiteration and not progressive correction of these behaviors in explicit cases, such as the death of George Floyd by the US police, leads us to question whether these acts are justified through a deeper reason. This article will analyze how the commercial ideology and the legal ideology mechanized the inequalities of the contemporary State that would turn institutions guaranteeing rights, into inefficient means when faced with the management of statu quo conflicts.en-US
dc.descriptionLas críticas negativas a instituciones garantistas de los derechos de los individuos, tales como la Policía, se han tornado comunes en el statu quoglobal, por el uso desmedido de la fuerza ante civiles a nivel mundial. La reiteración y no corrección progresiva de estas conductas en casos explícitos, como la muerte de George Floyd por la Policía estadounidense, nos lleva a cuestionar si estos actos se justifican en una razón más profunda. En este artículo se analizará cómo la ideología mercantil y la ideología jurídica mecanizaron las desigualdades del Estado contemporáneo, que volvería a sus instituciones garantistas de derechos medios ineficientes ante el manejo de conflictos del statu quo.es-ES
