| dc.description | The Educational therapeutic center has as primary function to receive kids with intellectual deficiency in between 0 – 6 years old. It’s important that a special center with this infrastructure gets installed in the city so these kids can receive an adequate treatment and education.
The architecture program includes 3 principal areas: the educational wing, the recreational and integration wing and the therapeutic wing. The estimated area of the project is 8000m2.
The project is located in the north center of the city of Quito. The location is central and benefits of public transportation. | |
| dc.description | El centro Educativo terapéutico tiene como principal función recibir a niños con deficiencia intelectual entre los 0 – 6 anos. Es importante que un centro con infraestructura adecuada se instale en la ciudad para que estos niños accedan a un tratamiento y educación adecuada.
El programa consiste en 3 aéreas principales. El área educativa, área recreativa de integración y el área terapéutica llegando a un total de 8.000 m2 de construcción.
El proyecto se ubica en la zona centro norte de la ciudad de quito en el barrio las casas la ubicación es central y se beneficia de transporte público. | |
