dc.descriptionAsylum seekers are entitled to full enjoyment and effective exercise of their right to work in Ecuador and in any other receiver countries where they are living; by the fact that they belong to the human race. Since all human beings are equal in dignity and rights, without discrimination. Moreover, refugee status is declaratory and not constituent. Therefore, any person who ask for refugee considered like that, although his/her legal status as an asylum seeker, until the State in which they requested asylum takes a final decision.
