| dc.description | The lack of a cultural space in Cumbaya makes neccesary an Art Center that combines a public theater, a park and the faculties of music, theater and dance of the University of San Francisco which is stablished in the center of town. The main objective of the art center is to dialogue between the community and the educational sector.
The privileged location of the lot obligates to create a permeable Project than connects with the community and does not act as a barrier between the city and the linear park, Chaquiñan. | |
| dc.description | La falta de un espacio cultural en un sector universitario como Cumbaya hace necesario el planteamiento de un centro de artes escénicas que combine la facultad de música, teatro y danza de la Universidad San Francisco con servicios complementarios que dialoguen entre la comunidad y la parte educativa.
La situación privilegiada del terreno obliga a crear un proyecto totalmente permeable con la comunidad que no actúe como barrera entre la ciudad y el parque lineal sino como comunicación. | |
