| dc.description | Architectural conservation is proposed to perpetuate the memory of something. So there are concepts such as adaptive reuse that proposes reuse as the process in which the active life of a building extends from the preservation or alteration of the existing morphology. This is determined as a process in which the memory of a place extends and interprets, the goal is to convert obsolete structures in quality spaces where people can live and occupy. ( Policies for a Sustainable Silverton ) . In addition to this, the purpose of the project is to rescue the original character of the building, with the aim that the new use recovers the first intention of building, Piscinas del Sena, are based on the morphology of the current state, maintaining spaces as the served and the server with the goal of designing new spaces to bring a proper relationship between the spaces of the new program and the old building. | |
| dc.description | La conservación arquitectónica se plantea para perpetuar la memoria de algo, recobrando su estado anterior. Por lo que existen conceptos como el reúso adaptado que, propone el reúso como el proceso en el cual se prolonga la vida activa de un edificio a partir de la preservación o alteración de su morfología existente. A esto se lo determina como un proceso en el que la memoria de un lugar se extiende e interpreta, el objetivo es convertir estructuras obsoletas en espacios de calidad en los que las personas puedan volver habitar. A partir de esto, la intención del proyecto es rescatar el carácter original del edificio, con la finalidad de que el nuevo uso recobre la intención primera de la edificación, Las piscinas del Sena se basan en la morfología del estado actual, el servido y el servidor, con el objetivo de proyectar nuevos espacios que mantengan una relación adecuada entre los espacios del nuevo programa. | |
