| dc.description | The following research established the capability of colonization of two different strains of Lactobacillus sp., one of them was obtained from the stomach of a Balb – C mouse and the other one was isolated from a commercial ferment DANISCO. The propose of this research was to determine if a commercial strain has the same capability to colonize the gut of a Balb – C mouse than the intestinal strains.
The commercial strain and the one isolated from the stomach of a Balb – C mouse were inoculated in Balb – C mice. Fifteen Balb – C mice were used in all the research, the commercial strain was inoculated in 5 of them, the strain isolated from the stomach of the Balb – C mouse was inoculated in 5 ice and the last five mice were used as animals of control. | |
| dc.description | En el siguiente estudio se estableció la capacidad de colonización in vivo de dos cepas de Lactobacillus sp. obtenidas de dos fuentes distintas, la una de estómago de ratón Balb – C y la otra de fermento comercial marca DANISCO. El propósito de este estudio fue determinar si las cepas industriales pueden colonizar el intestino de un ratón en igual magnitud que las cepas intestinales.
Tanto la cepa obtenida de fermento comercial DANISCO como la aislada de estómago de ratón Balb – C se inocularon en ratones Balb – C. Se utilizaron 15 ratones Balb – C para este estudio, en 5 de ellos se inoculó la cepa aislada de fermento comercial marca DANISCO, en otros 5 se inoculó la cepa obtenida de estómago de ratón Balb – C y los 5 restantes fueron utilizados como animales de control. | |
