| dc.description | The community development center, my thesis project, allows a whole development of the individual in a collective environment. Trough a combined program in which its main function is to create visual and space relations inside the program that benefits the neighborhood gathering. The community development center appears as a need to encourage social life and solidarity in Quito’s neighborhoods.
The activities developed in this center contain three essential aspects of men: body, mind, idleness, generating good relations and compromise between the people of the neighborhood. | |
| dc.description | El Centro para el desarrollo comunitario, es el proyecto de fin de carrera que permite el desarrollo integral del individuo en un entorno colectivo; por medio de un programa mixto cuya función es crear relaciones visuales y espaciales dentro del programa que favorezca la unión del barrio. El Centro Comunitario nace de las necesidades de fomentar el encuentro, la vida en comunidad y la solidaridad de los barrios de Quito. Las actividades que se desarrollan en este centro abarcan tres aspectos fundamentales del hombre: el cuerpo, la mente y el ocio, generando así integración y vida comunitaria para el barrio. | |
