Plan de prevención de riesgos y accidentes laborales para una empresa pública

Abstract

The present research work is considered with the purpose of evaluating and diagnosing the situation in which the Electrical Substation of a public company is located regarding the occupational safety and health od its workers and machine tools under its charge, with the purpose of analyzing and provide the necessary recommendations regarding the situation evidenced by the Substation that the technical management is in with the help of an occupational risk prevention plan, from which existing risks can be minimized, avoid sanctions by the Ministry of Labor and to provide an efficient electrical service to the community. A field investigation was carried out within the Substation, with the use of the GTC-45 risk matrix and Pareto diagram, certain shortcomings were evidenced in the different departments and jobs there in the terms of occupational health and safety. With the topic to be developed, it is proposed to minimize the evidenced risks, such as physical, chemical, ergonomic, and psychosocial, that employees are exposed to on a daily basis and, if possible, reduce them.
