Abstract

In the study of the relationship between anxiety and work performance of workers in the production area, based on the data obtained from the Zung anxiety questionnaire and the performance evaluation; Finally, when relating the variables, a significant inverse correlation was found between anxiety and job performance, that is, the higher the levels of anxiety, the lower the job performance.
