RESUMEN
La formación integral del nuevo profesional incluye las habilidades de investigación con carácter obligatorio en la carrera que escoja el estudiante en la universidad, por cuanto de la investigación dependen las aspiraciones de transformación que la sociedad necesita actualmente y que la fuerza calificada deberá emprender con celeridad. Desde etapas anteriores la investigación tiene deficiencias que deben ser solucionadas antes de graduar al profesional. Entre ellas, el intercambio dialógico y las formas de compartir y socializar los conocimientos. Se reconoce el valor que tiene la experiencia del investigador en el campo de la formación investigativa, pero responde a posiciones teóricas muy variadas de uno a otro. Por ello es objetivo de este artículo debatir si la habilidad de interacción investigativa entre tutor y tutorado es medular en la formación de competencias investigativas de los estudiantes universitarios. Los métodos utilizados en este estudio fueron los métodos histórico lógico y el estudio documental, junto al análisis y síntesis.

ABSTRACT
The integral training of the new professional includes research skills, which are compulsory during the studies chosen by the student at the university, since the research work depends on the aspirations of transformation needed by society that the qualified human resources should undertake as fast as possible. Deficiencies in researching, seen from previous levels of instruction must be solved before graduating the professional. Among them, research must solve the dialogic exchange and the ways of sharing and socializing knowledge. The value of the advisor’s experience, although they varied from different theoretical positions from one to another, in the field of research training is recognized. For this reason, it is the objective of this article to debate if the ability of research interaction between the student and the advisor is central in the training of research skills at the university students. The methods used in this study were the logical and historical methods and the documentary study, together with analysis and synthesis.
