| dc.description | La evolución histórica de la Psicología social ocupa un papel relevante para el desarrollo de la Psicología como ciencia en sus diversos campos de actuación, poniendo especial énfasis en el contexto social y laboral. Desde el momento histórico actual, su análisis permite nutrirnos de teorías de gran alcance, que surgen de acuerdo a las crecientes demandas no solo de la industria, sino también de procesos sociales gestados de forma incipiente al interno de las organizaciones, lo que resultó un punto de mira para diversos investigadores. Los paradigmas y escuelas que comprenden el devenir histórico de la Psicología de las Organizaciones permiten estudiar a partir de la necesidad social de su surgimiento, hasta el análisis de las oportunidades e inminencias del entorno. Se tienen en cuenta además las debilidades y fortalezas de la propia ciencia en formación. Se considera relevante destacar la generalidad de sujeto en cada una de ellas, al comprenderlo como eje y centro de las organizaciones sociales. La psicología social, en la actualidad, es un área de la psicología con metodología propia y objetivos diferenciados, resultante de la psicología industrial y de la psicología laboral. Su principal objetivo es estudiar la conducta del ser humano y sus experiencias en los diferentes contextos, desde una perspectiva individual, grupal y social, y mejorar la calidad de vida de los seres humanos, y por ende de sus relaciones sociales, contribuyendo así al plan nacional del Buen Vivir.PALABRAS CLAVE: psicología social; contexto social; relaciones sociales.ABSTRACTThe evolution historical of the psychology social occupies a role relevant for the development of the psychology as science in their different fields of action, putting special emphasis in the context social and labor. From the time historical current, its analysis allows nourish us of theories of great scope, that arise according to them growing demands not only of the industry, but also of processes social expended of form incipient to the internal of them organizations, what was a point of looks for different researchers. Paradigms and schools who understand the historical evolution of the psychology of organizations allow study from the social need for its emergence, to the analysis of the opportunities and the environment eminencies. Will have in has also the weaknesses and strengths of the own science in training. It is important to emphasize the generality of subject in each of them, to understand it as a hub and center of social organizations. The social psychology, today, is an area of the psychology with methodology own and objectives differentiated, resulting of the psychology industrial and of the psychology labor.
