Ello se erige en el tema fundamental al que se hace referencia en el presente artículo. Se enfatiza fundamentalmente en su expresión en Cuba, sin dejar de tener en cuenta consideraciones teóricas que al respecto también se ofrecen desde la doctrina extranjera. De modo particular, se alude a las antinomias, como una de las problemáticas que atentan contra la referida coherencia.PALABRAS CLAVE: sistema; coherencia; antinomias; integración.ABSTRACTThe effectiveness of a legal system can be assessed among other things, for their consistency. It stands on the fundamental issue referred to in this Article. Emphasis is placed primarily on its expression in Cuba, while taking into account theoretical considerations in this regard are also offered from foreign doctrine.
