dc.descriptionA learning environment is education beyond literality. For Piaget, the process of learning environments is not literal. The student will be the one who leads the learning process. The other actors are only facilitators. It is the space where communication and interactions that enable learning take place.  They are environments specifically designed to promote meaningful learning and relationships between teachers and students, relying on the use of different didactic resources. The strategic purposes of this scientific article are to establish purposes and objectives for the efficient development of competencies through learning environments and to describe how the public policies implemented in Ecuador have benefited children in Early Childhood Education.en-US
dc.descriptionUn ambiente de aprendizaje es la educación más allá de la literalidad. Para Piaget, el proceso de los ambientes de aprendizaje no es literal. El alumno será el que lleve la dirección del proceso de aprendizaje. Los demás actores son solamente facilitadores. Es el espacio donde se desarrolla la comunicación y las interacciones que posibilitan el aprendizaje.  Son entornos elaborados específicamente para favorecer el aprendizaje significativo y las relaciones entre maestros y estudiantes, apoyándose en la utilización de diferentes recursos didácticos. El presente artículo científico tiene como fines estratégicos de investigación establecer propósitos y objetivos para el desarrollo eficiente de competencias a través de los ambientes de aprendizajes y describir cómo las políticas públicas implementadas en Ecuador han beneficiado a los niños de la Educación Inicial.es-ES
