dc.descriptionThis paper on audits of the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHS-MS) aims to identify the degree of compliance in the implementation of the OHS-MS (Decree 1072/2015) in a sample of 32 companies from the city of Manizales (Colombia). The methodology used was analytical with a descriptive and cross-sectional scope. An instrument was designed based on Colombian national regulations (Resolution 0312/2019). The results indicate that the Plan and Do phases are at a moderately high level of compliance, while the Act phase reaches a moderately low level. For its part, the Chek phase is at a critical degree of compliance. It is concluded that the degree of compliance in the implementation of the OHS-MS in the sample companies reaches a moderately low level and that they must better articulate the phases of the PDCA cycle in order to successfully implement the OHS-MS.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta investigación en auditorías a los Sistemas de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) tiene como objetivo identificar el grado de cumplimiento en la implementación de los SG-SST (Decreto 1072/2015) en una muestra de 32 empresas de la ciudad de Manizales (Colombia). La metodología utilizada fue analítica con alcance descriptivo y de corte transversal. Se diseñó un instrumento que tuvo como base la normatividad nacional colombiana (Resolución 0312/2019). Los resultados indican que las fases de Planear y Hacer se encuentran en un nivel de cumplimiento moderadamente alto, en tanto la fase del Actuar alcanza el nivel moderadamente bajo. Por su parte, la fase de Verificar se encuentra en un grado de cumplimiento crítico. Se concluye que el grado  de cumplimiento en la implementación de los SG-SST en las empresas de la muestra alcanza un nivel moderado y que deben articular de mejor manera las fases del ciclo PHVA para poder implementar satisfactoriamente los SG-SST.es-ES
