dc.descriptionThe evolution of the educational system in Ecuador integrates the English language as a foreign language within the study plans at the basic, middle and higher educational levels. The use of open digital educational resources helps the cognitive development of students for active learning in the context in which they develop. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the technological strategies applied by the teacher to improve the teaching of the English language in the students of the basic cycle of the Educational Unit "Dr. Victor Emilio Estrada” Vinces 2020 - 2021. The research method used has a mixed approach and a descriptive-explanatory scope. In the collection of information, the technique of the survey addressed to teachers through the Licker scale was used. The results indicate that technological strategies are required to provide collaborative, personalized, flexible and attractive learning for students.en-US
dc.descriptionLa evolución del sistema educativo en el Ecuador integra el idioma inglés como lengua extranjera dentro de los planes de estudio a nivel educativo básico, medio y superior. El uso de recursos educativos digitales abiertas ayuda al desarrollo cognitivo de los estudiantes para el aprendizaje activo en el contexto que se desenvuelven. Por ello, el propósito de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias tecnológicas aplicadas por el docente para mejorar la enseñanza del idioma inglés en los estudiantes del ciclo básico de la Unidad Educativa “Dr. Víctor Emilio Estrada” Vinces 2020 - 2021. El método de investigación utilizado tiene un enfoque mixto y de alcance descriptivo-explicativo.  En la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta dirigida a los docentes a través de la escala de Licker. Los resultados indican que se requiere de estrategias tecnológicas que proporcionen un aprendizaje colaborativo, personalizado, flexible y atractivo para los estudiantes.  es-ES
