dc.descriptionMultiproblem families have been defined as those that present diverse, severe, simultaneous and continuous difficulties in more than one member of the family system. It is common to observe in these family systems: affective deficiencies; difficulty in the organization and management of limits by the parental figures; social isolation and a tendency to expect negative situations for the future. This accumulation of scenarios favors and maintains a passive, resigned and negligent attitude among its members, making diagnosis and intervention in these family systems a real challenge. It is essential for the technical team working with families with these characteristics, to identify and understand the elements of vulnerability from the eco-systemic approach, which based on the analysis from different levels of interaction and the inclusion of multiple variables, facilitates a comprehensive look and allows taking coordinated actions from a specialized network of professionals, taking into account that if these family systems do not receive adequate support and intervention will continue in a cycle of progressive deterioration that will harm the individual and family welfare, also installing a pattern of transgenerational behavior.en-US
dc.descriptionLas familias multiproblémicas se han definido como aquellas que presentan diversas, graves, simultáneas y continuas dificultades en más de un miembro del sistema familiar. Es común observar en estos sistemas familiares: carencias afectivas; dificultad en la organización y gestión de límites por parte de las figuras parentales; aislamiento social y una tendencia a esperar situaciones negativas para el futuro. Este cúmulo de escenarios propicia y mantiene una actitud pasiva, resignada y negligente entre sus miembros por lo que el diagnóstico y la intervención en estos sistemas familiares constituyen un verdadero reto. Es esencial para el equipo técnico que trabajan con familias de estas características, identificar y comprender los elementos de vulnerabilidad desde el enfoque eco-sistémico, que en base del análisis desde diferentes niveles de interacción y la inclusión de múltiples variables, facilite una mirada integral y permita tomar acciones coordinadas desde una red especializada de profesionales, teniendo en cuenta que si estos sistemas familiares no reciben el apoyo y la intervención adecuada continuarán en un ciclo de deterioro progresivo que perjudicará el bienestar individual y familiar, instalando además un patrón de comportamiento transgeneracional.es-ES
