dc.descriptionThe objective of this article was to establish the management of human talent for labor efficiency in the Banana Farms of the Province of Los Ríos. The methodology was composed of qualitative and quantitative paradigmatic modalities, the type of research was descriptive, methods that were applied: historical - logical, analytical - synthetic and inductive and deductive; techniques used, surveys and how Tools: question questionnaire, computer, printer, sheets, existing technology. The scope of the work was based on the fulfillment of the objectives, the theoretical, methodological and technical support; whose results, if put into practice, will serve for the effective management of human talent and thus obtain labor efficiency in agricultural companies dedicated to this activity.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo del presente artículo fue establecer la gestión de talento humano para la eficiencia laboral en las Haciendas Bananeras de la Provincia de Los Ríos. La metodología estuvo compuesta por las modalidades paradigmáticas cualitativa y cuantitativa, el tipo de investigación fue de carácter descriptivo, métodos que se aplicaron: histórico – lógico, analítico – sintético e Inductivo y deductivo; técnicas empleadas, encuestas y como Herramientas: cuestionario de preguntas, computadora, impresora, hojas, tecnología existente. Para el alcance del trabajo se tuvo como base el cumplimiento de los objetivos, el sustento teórico, metodológico y técnico; cuyos resultados de ser puestos en la práctica servirán para la efectiva gestión de talento humano y de esta manera obtener la eficiencia laboral en las empresas agrícolas dedicadas a esta actividad.es-ES
