dc.descriptionThe projects based on challenges have an experiential approach from the context that the student develops, this allows them to know real situations of a problem that society need to be able to solve them through the teaching process that was applied in the career of Technology Superior in Marketing from Instituto Superior Technologic Guayaquil, this research aims to describe the operation of projects based on challenges to articulate training, connection with society and research in the student's educational process. To substantiate the structure of the projects based on challenges, a descriptive bibliographic study was carried out that consisted of conducting a literary review of the operation and scope in other educational institutions, for the application of this study carried out in cycle II 2019 (November 2019 to April 2020). 767 students from second to fifth level 33 teachers, 75 companies and 11 foundations. The interaction of the team that worked on the projects allowed to base the theoretical and practical functions to strengthen the educational context of the student, helping to reform the educational system and solve integral problems of the commercial system. The operation of challenging projects generates positive experiences, but they require a continuous process of evaluation to know the current needs that society demands.en-US
dc.descriptionLos proyectos basados en retos tienen un enfoque experiencial  a partir del contexto que el estudiante se desenvuelve, esto le permite conocer situaciones reales de un problema que tiene la sociedad para  poder resolverlos a través del  proceso  de enseñanza que se aplicó en la carrera Tecnología Superior en Marketing del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Guayaquil, esta investigación tiene como objetivo  describir el funcionamiento de los  proyectos basados en retos  para articular la formación, vinculación con la sociedad e investigación en el proceso educativo  del estudiante. Para fundamentar la estructura de los proyectos basados en retos se realizó un estudio   bibliográfico descriptivo que consistió en realizar una revisión literaria del funcionamiento y alcance en otras instituciones educativas, para la aplicación de este estudio realizado en el ciclo II 2019 (noviembre 2019 a abril 2020) participaron 767 estudiantes del segundo al quinto nivel 33 docentes, 75 empresas y 11 fundaciones.  La interacción del equipo de trabajo en los proyectos permitió fundamentar las funciones teóricas y prácticas del estudiante para fortalecer el contexto educativo del estudiante contribuyendo a reformar el sistema educativo y solucionar problemas integrales   del sistema comercial. El funcionamiento de proyectos retos genera experiencias positivas, pero requieren de un proceso continuo de evaluación para conocer las necesidades actuales que demanda la sociedad. es-ES
