dc.descriptionThe purpose of this is to disseminate the incidence of teacher training in the entrepreneurial training of students, its content channels a diagnosis of the situation in the university campus under study; which specifies the need to seek alternatives that meet the real needs of teachers, in addition strategic actions are exposed, which if taken into account by the relevant authorities could enhance the professional competences of teachers to face in the context of teaching learning of their subjects, the entrepreneurial training of students, in such a way that they achieve knowledge that allows them to graduate, start new businesses linked to the specialty under study, profitable and durable. In order to achieve the planned objectives, methods derived from scientific research were applied, such as consulting experts and reviewing normative documents, as well as the survey technique, through which the required information was collected. Arriving at the conclusion that in general the teachers do not have the methodological tools that allow them to interact in the entrepreneurial training of the students, which negatively affects the endeavor studied.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente tiene como finalidad, divulgar la incidencia de la capacitación del personal docente en la formación emprendedora de los estudiantes, su contenido canaliza un diagnóstico  de la situación existente en el recinto universitario objeto de estudio; que concreta la necesidad de buscar alternativas que satisfagan necesidades reales de los docentes, además se exponen acciones estratégicas, que de tenerse en cuenta por las autoridades pertinentes podrían potenciar las competencias profesionales de los docentes para enfrentar en el contexto de enseñanza aprendizaje de sus asignaturas, la formación emprendedora de los educandos, de manera tal que alcancen conocimientos que les permita al egresar, emprender nuevos negocios vinculados a la especialidad objeto de estudios, rentables y duraderos. Para el logro de los objetivos previstos, se aplicaron métodos derivados de la investigación científica, tales como la consulta a expertos y la revisión de documentos normativos, así como la técnica de encuesta, mediante la cual se recopiló la información requerida. Arribándose a la conclusión que en sentido general los docentes no contamos con las herramientas metodológicas que les permita interactuar en la formación emprendedora de los estudiantes, los que incide de manera negativa en el empeño estudiado.es-ES
