dc.descriptionThe universities of Ecuador every year graduate thousands of young professionals from different areas who are looking for a job to support their expenses, there is a competitive labor market, with very small job offers limiting the possibilities of positioning in a company that requires their professional services. The purpose of this research is to determine which modality of work used turns out to be the most profitable, for this the applied research methodology is based on the compilation of quantitative and qualitative data through a survey directed to the professionals of the accounting area recently graduated in the Technical University of Babahoyo, selected by means of a simple random sampling. The results obtained through our research show that working under professional fees is the most profitable and convenient employment modality, due to the generation of poaitive fluctuating income obtained by charging for professional services.en-US
dc.descriptionLas universidades del Ecuador cada año titulan a miles de jóvenes profesionales de distintas áreas que están en busca de una plaza de empleo para sustentar sus gastos, existe un mercado laboral competitivo, con ofertas laborales muy reducidas limitando las posibilidades de posicionarse en una empresa que requiera de sus servicios profesionales. Esta investigación tiene como propósito determinar que modalidad de trabajo empleada resulta ser la más rentable, para esto la metodología de investigación aplicada se basa en la recopilación de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos a través de una encuesta dirigida a los profesionales del área contable recientemente titulados en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, seleccionados mediante un muestreo aleatorio simple. Los resultados obtenidos mediante nuestra investigación deducen que laborar bajo honorarios profesionales resulta ser la modalidad de empleo más rentable y conveniente, debido a la generación de ingresos fluctuantes positivos obtenidos por cobro de servicios profesionales.es-ES
