dc.descriptionThe correct functioning of a road system allows achieving the goals for which it was conceived, its scope and quality represents the dominant indicator of the degree of growth and effect of a road solution. In recent years, the increase of the car park on the roads of the country and especially in the streets of the city of Guayaquil, has motivated that congestion is a trigger for the efficient mobility of public and private vehicles. The immediate consequence of this deficiency makes it very important to carry out a largely detailed operational analysis of the transportation systems, their organization and the creation of functional systems, which will result in the Human activity is efficient. To achieve this objective we have raised the estimation of the capacity and level of service in Av. Francisco de Orellana in the section Avenida Miguel H. Alcivar and Calle José Santiago Castillo, through vehicle seating and the determination of volume and Composition under municipal parameters and the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP), the same that will allow us to know if the activity that is taking place in the periods of greater mobilization (peak hour) in this system is or not efficient, depending on Of the result obtained, to raise recommendations of mitigation or geometric changes in its cross section of being the case for execution of future works.en-US
dc.descriptionEl correcto funcionamiento de un sistema vial, permite alcanzar las metas para el que fue concebido, su alcance y calidad representa el indicador preponderante del grado de crecimiento y efecto de una solución vial. En los últimos años, el incremento del parque automotor en las carreteras del país y en especial en las calles de la ciudad de Guayaquil, ha motivado que el congestionamiento sea un detonante para la movilidad eficiente de los vehículos públicos y privados. La consecuencia inmediata de esta deficiencia hace que tenga gran importancia la realización de análisis operacionales mayormente detallados de los sistemas de trasportación, su organización y de la creación de sistemas funcionales, lo cual va a redundar para que la actividad humana sea eficiente. Para lograr este objetivo nos hemos planteado la estimación de la capacidad y nivel de servicio en la Av. Francisco de Orellana en el tramo Avenida Miguel H. Alcívar y la calle José Santiago Castillo, mediante aforos vehiculares y la determinación del volumen y la composición bajo parámetros municipales y del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas (MTOP), el mismo que nos va a permitir conocer si la actividad que se está llevando a cabo en los periodos de mayor movilización (hora pico) en este sistema es o no eficiente, dependiendo del resultado obtenido, plantear recomendaciones de mitigación o cambios geométricos en su sección transversal de ser el caso para ejecución de trabajos futuros.es-ES
