dc.descriptionNowadays, information and communication technology are considered key areas of success to manage the processes of companies and institutions, currently, there are numerous computer tools that almost entirely mechanize the processes Operating. This research focuses on demonstrating the use of indexed digitization as a technological solution to the storage of documentary information that is generated in the Autonomous Municipal Government (GADM) of Baba. The main problem to be taken into account is the loss of sensitive information from printed or physical documents that have been damaged or misplaced over time, causing economic losses and delays to citizens ’ formalities. Descriptive and eld research methods guide the information inquiry process using data collection tools based on surveys of the sta and managers of the institution. The project is considered feasible by largely resolving the number of incidents due to loss of information and delays in the process. The technological tools to be used are high-volume digital scanners, digital storage Software by indexing on a high- speed technological infrastructure.en-US
dc.descriptionHoy en día las Tecnología de la información y Comunicación son consideradas áreas claves de éxito para gestionar los procesos de empresas e instituciones, en la actualidad existen numerosas herramientas informáticas que mecanizan casi en su totalidad los procesos operativos. La presente investigación se enfoca en demostrar el empleo de la Digitalización Indexada como solución tecnológica al almacenamiento de información documental que se genera en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal (GADM) del Cantón Baba. El principal problema a tener en cuenta, es la pérdida de información sensible de documentos impresos o físicos que se han dañado o traspapelado al paso del tiempo, ocasionando pérdidas económicas y retrasos a los trámites ciudadanos. Los métodos de investigación descriptivo y de campo orientan el proceso de indagación de la información empleando herramientas de recolección de datos basadas en encuestas al personal y directivos de la institución. El proyecto se considera factible al solucionar en gran medida la cantidad reiterada de incidencias por pérdida de información y retrasos en los trámites. Las herramientas tecnológicas a emplear son Escáneres Digitales de alto volumen, Software de Almacenamiento Digital por Indexación sobre una infraestructura tecnológica de alta velocidad.es-ES
