dc.descriptionThe purpose of this document is to show poor administration directly affects business development or growth, in addition to generating many disadvantages inside and outside the organizational structure, whether in its production, competitiveness, percentage of sales, among other factors. One of the most frequent problems is that the company has empirical personnel, lack of communication, training, work environment, the collaborators are not clear about the situation they are going through, which is not on the right track. The objective of the present is to analyze the causes that generate the different affectations in the Dajumara Credits commercial in relation to the management of human talent in order to identify the problems and determine possible solutions based on development and case study.

dc.descriptionEl presente tiene como finalidad evidenciar como una administración deficiente afecta de forma directa el desarrollo o crecimiento empresarial además de que generan muchas desventajas dentro y fuera de la estructura organizacional ya sea en su producción, competitividad, porcentaje de ventas entre otros factores. Uno del problema más frecuente es que la empresa cuenta con personal empírico, falta de comunicación, capacitaciones, clima laboral, los colaboradores no tienen clara la situación que atraviesa la cual no está bien encaminada. El objetivo del presente es analizar las causas que generan las diferentes afectaciones en el comercial Créditos Dajumara en relación con la gestión de talento humano para así lograr identificar las problemáticas y determinar posibles soluciones en base el desarrollo y estudio del caso.
