| dc.description | Tourism activities have become one of the development strategies of countries at the international level based on the accelerated implementation due to the need of society. In countries like Ecuador, tourism generates a great potential contribution to the economic and social development of its localities, ranking third in the national PIB.
The activity that involves tourism brings with it sociocultural impacts which occur through the direct interaction of tourists with residents, manifesting significant social and cultural changes in the place of visit, through this problem is the origin of the research topic. , currently these socio-cultural impacts are visible in the sites with the most tourist influx, these impacts have a positive and negative approach, one favors tourism management and the other considerably disadvantages its production.
In the present work, a program of training workshops was designed for the potentiation of the tourist resources of the communities of the Buena-Fe canton, in order to manage the sociocultural impacts that are generated from the tourist activities that the canton presents, in which the applied methodology is quantitative and qualitative, this allowed to know the impacts in an accurate way and then work on defining the workshops in post to mitigate the impacts presented in this locality and strengthen its tourism potential. | |

| dc.description | Las actividades turísticas se han convertido en una de las estrategias de desarrollo de los países a nivel internacional basado en la acelerada implementación por necesidad de la sociedad. En países como Ecuador el turismo genera un gran aporte potencial al desarrollo económico y social de sus localidades puntuándose en el tercer lugar del PIB nacional.
Las actividad que involucra al turismo trae consigo impactos socioculturales los cuales se dan a través de la interacción directa de los turistas con los residentes manifestando cambios sociales y culturales significativos en el lugar de visita, a través de esta problemática resulta el origen del tema de investigación, actualmente estos impactos socioculturales se presentan de manera visible en los sitios con más afluencia turística, estos impactos tienen un enfoque positivo y negativo, el uno favorece la gestión turística y el otro desfavorece considerablemente la su producción.
En el presente trabajo se diseñó un programa de talleres de capacitación para la potencialización de los recursos turísticos de las comunidades del cantón Buena-Fe, con el fin de gestionar los impactos socioculturales que se generan a partir de las actividades turísticas que presenta el cantón, en el cual la metodología aplicada es la cuantitativa y cualitativa, esta permitió conocer los impactos de manera acertada para luego trabajar en definir los talleres en post de mitigar los impactos presentados en esta localidad y fortalecer su potencial turístico. | |
