dc.descriptionThe purpose of this business idea is to promote, locally, the production of curtains of various types and that are in trend. This business idea was designed through a business model based on the Canvas philosophy, proposed by Alexander Osterwalder, which allowed the development of the business plan with its respective feasibilities or technical studies to be viable. In Chapter I, the business idea is described and emphasis is placed on market research, obtaining that 93.5% of the households surveyed agree with the implementation of this local project. In Chapter II, the organizational design of the enterprise was addressed, establishing the mission, vision, business values, corporate image and the organizational - functional structure. In Chapter III, the business model was established, where a series of operational strategies of the enterprise are proposed. In Chapter IV, the technical feasibility was positively established, in addition, the financial viability was determined. Socially and environmentally, it was determined that the enterprise generates decent work spaces and is friendly to the environment. This entrepreneurship project is part of the Commercial Engineering Career, with its research line: Information and communication systems, entrepreneurship and innovation, and its respective research subline: Local development and sustainable entrepreneurship.

dc.descriptionLa presente idea de negocio tiene como propósito impulsar desde el ámbito local, la producción de cortinas de varios tipos y que están en tendencia. Esta idea de negocio se diseñó mediante un modelo de negocio basado en la filosofía Canvas, propuesta por Alexander Osterwalder, lo que permitió dar viabilidad a la elaboración del plan de negocio con sus respectivas factibilidades o estudios técnicos. En el Capítulo I, se describe la idea de negocio y se hace énfasis en la investigación de mercado, obteniendo que el 93,5% de los hogares encuestados, este de acuerdo con la implementación de este proyecto local. En el Capítulo II, se abordó el diseño organizacional del emprendimiento, estableciendo la misión, visión, valores empresariales, imagen corporativa y la estructura organiza – funcional. En el Capítulo III, se estableció el modelo de negocio, donde se plantean una serie de estrategias operativas del emprendimiento. En el Capítulo IV, se estableció positivamente la factibilidad técnica, además, se determinó la viabilidad financiera. Social y ambientalmente se determinó que el emprendimiento genera espacios de trabajo digno y es amigable con el medio ambiente. El presente proyecto de emprendimiento se enmarca dentro de la Carrera de ingeniería comercial, con su línea de investigación: Sistemas de información y comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación, y su respectiva sublinea de investigación: Desarrollo local y emprendimiento sostenible y sustentable.
