| dc.description | La pérdida del Patrimonio Gastronómico en el Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo, provincia de los ríos, es un tema preocupante y trascendental por su importancia en el aporte del desarrollo turístico , digno de ser investigado, teniendo como objetivo determinar cuáles son las causas de su desaparición paulatina y proponer alternativas de solución, en cuanto a los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas se concluye que el problema de la desaparición se debe a la falta de conocimiento de los habitantes , así como el desinterés de las autoridades correspondientes de preservar el patrimonio gastronómico que es fundamental para el desarrollo turístico del Cantón San Francisco de Puebloviejo.
