| dc.description | The main objective of this research work carried out in the parish Rosa Zárate in Quinindé was to determine the influence of intercultural communication on interpersonal relationships in Afro-descendant communication in the aforementioned parish.
In addition, it was sought to analyze the importance of intercultural communication in interpersonal relationships, identify the advantages and disadvantages of said communication, to finally propose an intercultural communication plan to improve interpersonal relationships of Afro-descendant communication.
The research is made up of both bibliographic, theoretical and referential elements, and a field work in which participant observation was mainly used as a technique to obtain the information required for the development of the project. | |

| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación llevado a cabo en la Parroquia Rosa Zárate del cantón Quinindé, tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la comunicación intercultural en las relaciones interpersonales en la comunicación afrodescendiente en la parroquia antes mencionada.
Además, se buscó analizar la importancia de la comunicación intercultural en las relaciones interpersonales, identificar las ventajas y desventajas de dicha comunicación, para finalmente proponer un plan comunicacional intercultural para mejorar las relaciones interpersonales de la comunicación afrodescendiente.
La investigación se compone tanto de elementos bibliográficos, teóricos y referenciales, y de un trabajo de campo en el que utilizó principalmente la observación participante como técnica para obtener la información requerida para el desarrollo del proyecto. | |
