| dc.description | La cooperativa de ahorro y crédito es una entidad financiera de carácter privado, con el pasar de los años esta cooperativa ha ido captando un sin número de socios gracias a los servicios que presta, una de sus principales características es ofrecer créditos a sus socios siendo este objeto de estudio. Con el tiempo se a hecho acreedora a una cartera vencida la cual ha resultado muy difícil a los asesores recuperarla, la entidad no cuenta con un departamento de cobranza por lo cual los asesores son los encargados de realizar la visita y notificación al socio desde el primer día vencido.
